By booking or using any service provided by Rigo’s Cleaning, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

2. Services Provided
Includes carpet cleaning, domestic cleaning, end of lease cleaning, window cleaning, and optional deep cleaning services.

3. Quotes & Pricing
• Quotes are based on customer information.
• Prices may adjust if conditions differ, additional services are added or access is restricted.

4. Payment Terms
• 50% deposit required.
• Remaining 50% due upon completion.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• More than 24 hours: no fee.
• Less than 24 hours: deposit forfeited.

6. Access to Property
Customers must ensure:
• Correct keys or codes.
• Safe access for cleaners.

7. Safety Conditions
• Cleaners may refuse entry if hazards exist.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee
• Re-cleans within 48 hours.
• Excludes new dirt, permanent stains, wear and tear.

9. Damage & Liability
• Not responsible for pre-existing issues or items improperly installed.

10. Privacy
Complies fully with Australian privacy laws.

11. Governing Law
Western Australia jurisdiction applies.
